Michelle is a senior marketing executive, thought leader & practitioner in the world of business strategy, customer acquisition, brand communications and information technology. With over 15 years of experience with consumer & B2B brands, she has been at the forefront of multi-channel marketing, blending digital and offline efforts to drive real business results.
Prior to in/PACT, Michelle served as CMO at Edmunds.com, where she led the integrated brand vision and marketing agenda through a customer centric approach. Prior to Edmunds, she led both customer acquisition and retention programs at eHarmony, as well as leadership roles in online advertising at Valueclick and Move.com.
Michelle earned her MBA from Pepperdine University and her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego.
